Nescafe Dolce Gusto was launched in 2006 in the UK with the first generation Rychiger filling and sealing machines installed at Nestle Tutbury for coffee, milk and chocolate beverages. Over the next 5 years £100 million was invested into the site strengthening its position as a leading Necafe production plant producing 91% of Dolce gusto pods to 38 countries.

A complete over haul of the sites existing glass jar warehouse was made including a new 110000 Sqft extension to accommodate for further lines/ production and logistics areas.

Incontrol was heavily involved in Project Omni with works ranging from Electrical/ process/ instrumentation services, control panels & HMI installation, mains distribution and busbar systems, earthing Networks, smart lighting systems, heating and ventilation, small power distribution through to commissioning and secondary package systems installations.
